46,XY, t(3;22)(p2;q13) resuIting in partial trisomy for the short arm of chromosome 3

A familial translocation involving the short arm of chromosome 3 and the long, arm of chromosome 22 is reported, along with an infant with multiple congenital anomalies, which are probably the result of partial trisomy for the short arm of chromosome 3.
