In TROPION-Breast02 (NCT05374512), 1L Dato-DXd showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in overall survival and progression-free survival vs investigator’s choice of CT (ICC) in pts with locally recurrent inoperable or mTNBC for whom immunotherapy was not an option. Pts had over double the median treatment (tx) duration with Dato-DXd vs ICC; the Dato-DXd safety profile was manageable and generally consistent with the known profile. We report the impact of tx on pts’ symptoms, functioning and quality of life (QoL).
