Novel Janus XGa–PbP (X = S, Se) monolayers: excellent photocatalysts for overall water splitting

Janus V–IV–III–VI monolayers ( SGa–PbP, SeGa–PbP) show structural stability, tunable optoelectronics, and excellent photocatalytic activity, making them strong candidates for solar-driven hydrogen production.
