Buried bottom interface defect passivation of alternating cation interlayer phase quasi-two-dimensional perovskite solar cells

1,4-Piperazine diethanesulfonic acid salts were used to modify the buried interface of alternating cation interlayer phase quasi-two-dimensional perovskite solar cells and the efficiency of target solar cells was improved to 15.02%.
