摘要
Since respiration responds to many health conditions, it is essential to monitor respiratory signals by constant humidity changes. Herein, a strategy for continuous, wireless, non-invasive respiration monitoring is proposed by using a wireless energy storage and humidity sensing integrated device (WES-HSID), which includes a wireless charging coil (WCC), micro-supercapacitors (MSCs) and a humidity sensor. All electrodes of functional units are prepared by all-in-one material, which exhibits high conductivity (3 Ω cm-2 for WCC and humidity sensor electrodes) and excellent capacitive performance (212.4 mF cm-2 for MSCs). Besides, all functional units are connected by shared electrodes without additional wires by all-in-one structure. It is demonstrated that the resistance for the humidity sensor varied from 484.60 kΩ at 11% relative humidity (RH) to 2.62 kΩ at 100% RH. After wireless charging for 6 min, the WES-HSID can reach a voltage of 3 V, with an operating time over 60 min. Furthermore, the WES-HSID can be employed in a human-machine interaction system for respiration monitoring. This work provides a new strategy for human-machine interaction based on all-in-one non-contact wireless energy storage sensing system.
