Tetrathiomolybdate Protects Against Liver Injury from Acetaminophen in Mice

cy t o k i n e s.In the present work in mice, we show that tetrathiomolybdate protects against liver damage from acetam i n o p h e n .F u r t h e r,we show that the drug can be started after acetaminophen a d m i n i s t r a t i o n ,and still be effective, indicating a possible role in treating human acetaminophen poisoning.
