Možnosti léčby drogově závislých osob a prognóza jejich resocializace

This graduation thesis deals with alcohol addiction and treatment of addiction. The aim of this thesis is examined cause of patients' addiction and analyses of therapeutic sanatorium. This thesis was created for programme VEGA. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the general concept of addiction (psychological addiction, physical addiction, addiction and the models of the stage) and then particular alcohol addiction (definitions, criteria, consequences of alcohol addiction, treatment opti-ons, prognosis and motivation of treatment). The practical part was realized by the form of qualitative research and it was taken place in the Psychiatric sanatorium in Kroměřiž. It can be divided into two main parts. One part focuses on description of addiction of the seven examined persons and prognosis of their treatment. The second part is devoted to analysis of therapeutic sanatorium.
