Lifestyle Intervention and Metformin for Treatment of Antipsychotic-Induced Weight Gain

Lifestyle intervention and metformin alone and in combination demonstrated efficacy for antipsychotic-induced weight gain. Lifestyle intervention plus metformin showed the best effect on weight loss.
