摘要
The structural characteristics and major technical difficulties of continuous microwave vacuum drying equipment were introduced.The structure and the optimum parameters of microwave feed port,microwave drying chamber,microwave sealing structure and continuous conveyor system were studied and confirmed.The results of performance test proved that it has the advantages of reasonable structure,easy operation,steady performance and reliable security,furthermore,high quality apple chips were produced at lower temperature with shorter drying time by using this equipment.The produce of equipment meet the requirements of industrial production.
