Effect of synthesis temperature on the electrochemical performance of LiFePO_4

Cathode material LiFePO4 was synthesized at different temperatures by solid state reaction.The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The electrochemical properties of the samples were test by means of galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments and cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that the sample synthesized at 700℃ possessed excellent electrochemical performances and the first specific discharge capacity reached 107.8mAh/g at 0.2C rate.
