Objective To observe the clinic effects of the endoscopic hemostasis treatment on Dieulafoy's lesion with metal clips application. Methods Apply the method of metal clips hemostasis to treat on 16 cases of Dieulafoy's lesion after diagnosis confirmed. Results Initial hemostasis was succeeded by hemoclipping with metal clips in all patients. All patients were followed up in the median time of 300 days. The ratio of recurrent bleeding was zero. Conclusions It is feasible to apply endoscopic hemostasis treatment on Dieulafoy's lesion bymetal clips hemostasis, with such advantages as effective clinic outcome, low recurrent bleeding ratio and low tissue damage.
