Influencing Factors Analysis on Temperature Grads of Air-cooling-plate-fin Heat Exchanger

Air-cooling-plate-fin heat exchangers have been widely applied in the cooling system of avionic device.For heat transfer of source with high heat flux,because of improper design parameters the comparatively low average temperature on heat exchanger and the very high local temperature may often lead to the damage of electronic components.In order to decrease the temperature grads,element balance method is presented in this paper to analyze the influence of some parameters on temperature grads of an air-cooling-plate-fin heat exchanger.
