摘要
Objective To study the changes of the auditory threshold after two frequencies infrasound exposure in guinea pigs.Methods The electron was inserted into Fallopian′s canal of guinea pigs for a long time during the(experiment.) The auditory thresholds in 40 awake guinea pigs exposed to infrasound with various frequencies and(intensity) were observed systematically.Results The permanent threshold shifting(PTS) was caused after 8 Hz and 12 Hz 130 dB infrasound exposure for 30 h and temporary threshold shifting(TTS) was caused after 120 dB infrasourd exposure for 30 h.Conclusion The Ap(N_1) threshold is damaged permanently after 130 dB infrasound exposure.
