Studies on Non-chromium Acidic Electropolishing of Aluminum Alloy

A Study of non-pollution electro-polishing on aluminum alloy was carried out with phosphoric-sulfuric acid system as main polishing solution.There were many advantages such as low cost,little pollution and high polishing quality by adding proper additives.The optimum technological conditions and solution composition were investigated by orthogonal test.The surface morphology of before-polishing,polishing and sealing aluminum alloy were examined by metalloscope,and has carried on weightloss test to the specimen.
