The Study on Culture Conditions of Hypsizigus marmoreus Producing Xylanase and Some Properties of Xylanase

The carbon and nitrogen sourceand other factors affecting Hypsizigus marmoreus producing xylanase in liquid shake-flask fermentation and Some properties of xylanase were studied.Some properties of xylanase were studied.The results showed that the best carbon source was corncob+wheat bran,the best nitrogen source was ammonium nitrate.The optimal reaction pH was 4.6,the optimal reaction temperature was 35℃.
