Study on Antioxidative Activity of Anemaran in vitro

Objective To study the effect of antioxidative activities of anemaran in vitro.Methods The hemolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2O2 induced hemolysis were used to evaluate anemaran antioxidation capability.Results Anemaran exhibited a significant potency in inhibiting the hemolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2O2 induced hemolysis(P0.01).Conclusion The result indicated that anemaran has a protective for the membranes of erythrocytes and possessed an antioxidant activity.
