Parameter Test of Infrared Detectors

The development of infrared technology is dependent on the advance of infrared detectors.By reason that test and evaluation of IRFPA is one of the key techniques during the development of infrared detectors,characteristic evaluation of uncooled infrared detectors is presented.Test for responsibility and NETD of uncooled infrared detectors is realized with Matlab GUI program and the result is analyzed.They are the fundamentals of research and development on thermal imager and have some guide effects.
