Objective To discuss the clinical significance of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP) and troponin(cTnI) concentrations determination in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 98 patients from June 2010 to October 2011 in our department and diagnosed with CHF treated for the experimental group, and regard 60 healthy persons as control group, respectively, compared CRP,cTnI levels in control and experimental groups before and after treatment, and analyzed its clinical significance. Results ①Before treatment,CRP,cTnI levels of experimental group patients were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);②Before treatment,CRP,cTnI levels were significantly increased with the increasing of heart failure levels, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).③After treatment,CRP,cTnI levels of the experimental group were recovered to control levels,no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Can determine the level of cardiac function in patients with heart failure through High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP) and troponin(cTnI) concentration changes, and determine the efficiency of treatment by CRP,cTnI level.
