Temperature distribution measurement of combustion wave for solid propellant

Temperature distribution of combustion flame of double base propellant,composite propellant and NEPE propellant(taking HNIW or HMX as oxidizer)were measured by using relative light intensity method.The results show that the highest combustion flame temperature measured by relative light intensity method is much closer to theoretical combustion flame temperature than that measured by thermocouple method.The higher measured pressure is,the lower error between the highest combustion flame temperature and theoretical combustion flame temperature is.
