Analysys of displacement loss in micro displacement magnification mechanism

Factors that cause displacement loss in micro displacement magnification mechanism with flexible hinges were summarized, and the influence of magnified effect affected by elastic deformation of flexible hinges and other components was analyzed in detail. Finally, the corresponding schemes against every influential factor were proposed.
