The subsurface flow constructed wetland were builded with Scirpus validus,Zizania aquatica,Typha L. and Leersia hexandra. The mine wastewater of Southern Shaanxi was treatmented by the subsurface flow constructed wetland. The research shows that the constructed wetlands have excellent treatment effect on mine wastewater containing Mn( Ⅱ),COD,Cu( Ⅱ) and Zn( Ⅱ). In the case of constructed wetlands to run for 13 days,Mn( Ⅱ) concentration decreased from 229. 8 mg / L to 3. 17 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland A) and 4. 25 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland B),COD concentration decreased from 368. 3 mg/L to 3. 8 mg/L( subsurface flow constructed wetland A) and 5. 8 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland B),Cu( Ⅱ) concentration decreased from 28. 6 mg / L to 0. 47 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland A) and 0. 96 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland B),Zn( Ⅱ) concentration decreased from 56. 1 mg / L to 0. 86 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland A) and 0. 88 mg / L( subsurface flow constructed wetland B). At the same time,the research shows that the planting order of subsurface flow constructed wetland plants has limited impact on the final effluent water quality,but has greatly affected on the contribution of wetland plants in the process.
