摘要
A multi-objective water resources allocation model incorporating reservoir power generation is developed for Banan District, Chongqing, under the framework of national water network construction. The model integrates water network topology and aims to minimize water shortage and wastage while maximizing power output, considering priorities of water use and sources. Solved using dual simplex and quadratic programming algorithms, the model is applied under different inflow scenarios. Results reveal a trade-off between water supply and power generation, with reduced inflows intensifying conflicts and lowering supply rates when generation is prioritized. Planned infrastructure improvements significantly enhance both outcomes, demonstrating the model's effectiveness and providing a scientific basis for sustainable water resource management in hilly regions.
