[Clinical criteria for the assessment of dental restoration].

It is necessary to adopt a standard assessment system to evaluate the quality of restorations in clinical trials on operative dentistry. A new clinical assessment system for dental restorations was proposed in 2007. The crireria is based on three categories (aesthetic, functional and biological) among which includes 16 indexes such as restoration fractures and retention, surface luster, marginaladaptation, secondary carious, postoperative sensitivity and so on. It has been officially approved by World Dental Federation (FDI). Due to the practicability, sensitivity and standardization, more and more clinical trials use FDI criteria to assess the quality and longevity of dental restorations.有关牙体修复的临床研究需要一个完善的评价系统对修复体质量进行评价。2007年Hickel等提出修复体临床评价标准。该标准从美学、功能、生物学3个方面，对修复体折裂与固位、表面光泽度、边缘适应性、继发龋及术后敏感等16项指标进行评价。该标准已被世界牙科联盟（World Dental Federation，FDI）接受和批准作为FDI评价标准。鉴于FDI评价标准的实用性、灵敏性和标准化，越来越多的临床研究采用此标准评价修复体质量和寿命。本文对牙修复体的FDI评价标准和应用前景进行了介绍。.
