MODERN METHODS OF TREATMENT OF DRY EYE SYNDROME

В статье был проведен поиск литературы по методам лечения синдрома сухого глаза с использованием соответствующих ключевых слов, в поисковых системах PubMed и Google Scholar, в базах данных Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, Global Health, CyberLeninka и другие. При лечении синдрома сухого глаза важно компенсировать недостаток слезы и стабилизировать слезную пленку и предотвратить характерные для ксероза изменения в глазу. Такие больные на протяжении многих лет получают медикаментозное лечение, а в некоторых случаях и хирургическое вмешательство. Мы решили остановиться на основных и показать методы фармакологического и оперативного лечения. Потому что синдром сухого глаза является актуальной проблемой среди людей трудоспособного возраста. The article searched the literature on the treatment of dry eye syndrome using the relevant keywords in the PubMed and Google Scholar search engines, in the Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, Global Health, CyberLeninka and other databases. In the treatment of dry eye syndrome, it is important to compensate for the lack of tears and stabilize the tear lm and prevent changes in the eye that are characteristic of xerosis. Such patients have been receiving medical treatment for many years, and in some cases, surgical intervention. We decided to focus on the main ones and show the methods of pharmacological and surgical treatment. Because dry eye syndrome is an actual problem among people of working age.
