摘要
This chapter deals with physiological, biochemical and molecular responses of strawberry plants to the major abiotic stress factors of salinity, temperature (cold and heat) and water stress (water excess or flooding and water deficit or drought). It discusses the responses of strawberry plants to these stresses at the whole-plant, cellular and subcellular levels, as well as the tolerance mechanisms and strategies for genetic improvement of strawberry with salt, temperature and water stress tolerance. Tabulated data are provided on morphological and physiological effects of abiotic stresses in strawberry plants.
