摘要
A reliability model of components of bogie system including wheel and axle boxes device, suspension device, frame device, foundation brake device and driving device is proposed based on the real data of the CRH2 high speed train and the universal reliability model. Furthermore, Million kilometers' mean failure rate and mean distances between failures was computed. Reliability index of each component was analyzed. The reliability model parameters of each component were estimated using the maximum likelihood estimation method and the optimal failure distribution function was determined by A-D test method.
