In order to monitor the infusion situation of patients in real time, assist medical staff to replace the liquid medicine in time, solve the hidden dangers caused by the shortage of medical resources and improve work efficiency and patient satisfaction, this study designed an intelligent infusion detection system composed of four parts: detection, display, alarm and data transmission. The system includes microcontroller minimum system, drip rate detection module, liquid level detection module, stepper motor control circuit, DS18B20 temperature detection circuit, relay temperature control circuit and WIFI wireless transmission circuit and other key parts. The droplet detection module detects the speed of droplets in the current medicine bottle, and then sends it to the microcontroller through the LM393 comparator. After calculation, the droplet speed will be displayed on the OLED LCD screen. When the droplet speed is higher than the upper limit or lower limit, the buzzer alarms, and the current data can be transmitted to the cloud platform server for display through the WIFI module. To sum up, the system can well meet the current medical needs and provide patients with more efficient and safe infusion services.
