摘要
In this paper, we propose a novel adaptive bias entropy-loading (ABEL) scheme to further approach the capacity limit of indoor multipath visible light communication (VLC) systems. Numerical results suggest that the proposed ABEL scheme outperforms traditional entropy-loading (EL) in terms of achievable information rate (AIR). Within 50 MHz bandwidth, ABEL can realize 7.5 Mb/s AIR improvement with only 11.1% forward error correction overhead.
