摘要
The executions of protocols/algorithms for achieving second-order consensus are highly dependent on the communication networks, most of which have limited bandwidth and inherent vulnerability. This gives rise to complex network-induced phenomena which, in turn, bring great challenges to second-order consensus analysis. In order to alleviate network burden induced by limited communication capacity, ETSs have been proposed, under which information transmissions are triggered only when certain events occur, thereby significantly reducing the communication frequency [4].
