Subcloning of Autoregulated Senescence-Inhibition Gene

Kanamycin resistance selection marker in the binary vector conferring the autoregulatory senescence inhibition gene was substituted by hygromycin resistance marker suitable to rice transformation through subcloning technique and counter selection strategy, new constructs were conducted restriction enzyme identification and junction sequencing.
