Research of Gas-Liquid Cyclone Separation Technology

This paper introduces the research of the gas-liquid cyclone separator on experimental work and applications,swirling flow/local measurements,mechanistic modeling and computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation. It also analyzes the problems in the studies on the gas-liquid cyclone and points out the direction of its future study. Finally,the paper provides a discussion on prospective field applications.
