Hyperuricemia animal model plays a key role in the study of hyperuricemia pathogenesis and therapy.The methods of building hyperuricemia animal model can be divided into three main categories:uric acid or uric acid precursor supplement,uricase inhibition,uric acid excretion inhibition.This article summarized and compared preparation and character of various hyperuricemia animal models,which provided reference for hyperuricemia research.
