General situation of the study on toxicokinetics of some industrial toxicants

The general situation and some new development in the toxicokinetics of some industrial toxicants were reviewed in this paper,that especially expatiated the key role of mathematical models of toxicokinetics in hazard evaluation of the occupational exposure to chemicals.In addition,the problems existed in studying toxicokinetics of industrial toxicants by mathematical models and its development trend were also discussed.
