Objective To study the clinical value of minimally invasive intervention of cervical spondylosis.Methods From January,2006 to December,2008,100 cases of cervical spondylosis received the injection of 600 units of collagenase through percutaneous anterior epoidural cleft.Results The short-term surveys revealed that 75% of the cases got excellent curative efercts,15% got good effect,6% got some effects and 4% got no curative effects.The 2-month-to-two-year follow-up surveys showed that 90% of the cases got excellent curative effect and 96% got clinical effects.The curative effects had no correlation with sex,age or the course of diseasee.Conclusion Minimally invasive intervention is an effective and feasibleapproach to cervical spondylosis.
