The Clinic Study of the Trilogic Treatments Base on Rabeprazole or Lansoprazole Respective Effect on Palindromic Helico bacter Pylori Positive Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of trilogic treatments base on rabeprazole or lansoprazole respective effect on palindromic helicon bacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Methods: Selected from October 2008 to March 2010 in my out-patient and hospitalization of 85 patients with recurrent ulcer were randomly divided into two groups and were given rabeprazole and lansoprazole-based triple therapy,the total course of treatment was 6 weeks.Results: There was no significant difference comparing the total effective rate of the therapic group and the control with the rate was 97.6% and 88.4%(P0.05),but treatment group bear fewer days to symptom complete remission(P0.05);The eradication rate and peptic ulcer concrete rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions: Both the trilogic treatments base on rabeprazole and lansoprazole effect on palindromic helicon bacter pylori positive peptic ulcer are safe and effective,but the former has fewer days to symptom complete remission,and better compliance which is a better choic to palindromic helicon bacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.
