摘要
This study establishes a novel prognostic signature based on seven ferroptosis-related genes (FRGs) for primary glioblastoma (GBM). The model independently predicts patient survival and is associated with distinct immune microenvironment profiles, including altered infiltration of NK cells and regulatory T cells. The low-risk group demonstrated potential heightened sensitivity to immunotherapy. These findings propose the FRG signature as a valuable tool for prognosis assessment and personalized treatment strategy in GBM.
