Based on the LabVIEW development platform and MATLAB calculation platform, a system for pressure pulsation of an internal cycloidal rotor pump was designed according to relevant national and user standards. By determining the characteristic frequency points through the structural characteristics of the pump, and combining the WOA-VMD algorithm to optimize the pressure signal collected by the high-frequency response pressure sensor, the optimized signal is subjected to fast Fourier transform to extract the amplitude corresponding to the characteristic frequency points for vibration analysis. This provides guidance for predicting the service life and fault analysis of the pump.
