Carcinoid syndrome presenting as diffuse violaceous cutaneous flushing

We reported a rare case of carcinoid syndrome presenting as deep red to violaceous erythema and diarrhea. Early diagnosis and treatment by multidisciplinary team is crucial in improving prognosis and outcomes.
