摘要
In this research, a novel low-profile miniaturized dual-polarized antenna with artificial magnetic conductor(AMC) reflector for 5G N78 applications is presented. Two sets of square-ring patches are used to form two dipoles in ±45° polarizations. Two integrated baluns are introduced to excite the dipoles. By inserting an AMC reflector, the height of the proposed antenna is 0.09$\lambda _{{0}}$ ($\lambda_{{0}}$ is the wavelength at 3.2GHz). And it can provide measured 24.31% (3.18GHz-4.06GHz) relative bandwidth and the isolation can be improved to 30 dB, whose aperture size is only 0.24$\lambda _{{0}}\times 0.24 \lambda_{{0}}$. Stable radiation patterns with gain over 7.5dBi are also obtained. It represents a potential scheme for 5G N78 applications.
