Rationing our therapy services: is it rightful and reasonable?

This paper discusses some of the rationing methods that occur today which attempt to manage the demand on therapy services in the NHS. The need for rationing is explained followed by the role of the law and ethics. A selection of rationing methods are then discussed and some attention to the future is offered for ongoing deliberation.
