Progress and Prospects in Human Liver Proteome Study

Human Liver Proteome Project as one of research projects inpost genomeera,is of great significance for a comprehensive understanding of the human liver.The progresses of proteomics methods provide technical support for the Human Liver Proteome Project;the rapid developments of bioinformatics gradually resolve the problems of a large number of experimental data collection,collation and analysis.This paper focuses on human liver proteome research on protein interactions and progress in research of proteome in the bioinformatics,and also introduced some other programs reviewed.
