Regio-specific prenylation of pterocarpans by a membrane-bound prenyltransferase from Psoralea corylifolia

PcM4DT represents the first prenyltransferase identified from the Psoralea genus that catalyzed the C-4 prenylation of pterocarpans and exhibited strict substrate specificity.
