Recent development and application of polysiloxane chiral stationary phase

The recent development of polysiloxane as chiral stationary phase(CSP) for chromatography is reviewed in detail.The classification and application of polysiloxane chiral stationary phase are presented.The stationary phase shows good thermal stability and excellent selectivity for many kinds of compounds and their application becomes more popular.Meanwhile,the methods people usually use in the synthesis of chiral stationary phase of polysiloxane are reviewed simply.
