Reappraisal of non-digitalis positive inotropic drug in treatment of heart failure

A large number of evidence based researches showed that althoughnon digitalis positive inotropic drugs might improve hemodynamics and symptoms of heart failure patients, they might increase the mortality of heart failure. The current indication of non digitalis positive inotropic drug in the treatment of heart failure and research advance of non digitalis positive inotropic drug were summarized in this article.
