Thermal-stress Analysis of Brake Discs in Rapid Speed Wagon

Braking system is one of the key parts in a rapid speed wagon,and brake disc bears huge amount of heat and mechanical pressure.Via relative parameters of the 160 km/h freight in emergency brake and brake calculation,the way how to apply the brake force in an emergency brake process is improved.Through emulation by ANSYS,the feature of temperature field and stress field is obtained.The number of discs in each alxe in the 160 km/h high-speed freight is confirmed by detailed analysis.
