Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis(EPF) is characterized by recurrent crops of pruritic follicular papules and pustules that occur mainly on the face, trunk, and extremities of young men. EPF in infancy is a rare disorder which reveals the distinctive clinical features consisting of self-limited recurrent papules, pustules, and vesicles appearing in corps, involving mainly or exclusively the scalp. We describe two patients with EPF in infancy. Both patients had self-limited recurrent crops of papules and pustules affecting the scalp only. (Korean J Dermatol 2003;41(2) : 255-257)
