Applying Limitation and Extending Ways of Solid Phase Microextraction

The study progress of solid phase microextraction(SPME) was analyzed both at home and abroad.And the applying limitations of SPME include poor heatproof of organic coatings,high cost of absorbing materials,less absorbing quantity,small gathering multiple of trace samples,strict making procedure and less applying life.The extending way is given,such as solid phase microextraction sensor of electric capacity and online real time analysis technology.
