The Development of Food Additive and Salt Product

The food additive is inidispensable in the food industry.We reviewed the applied status of food additives and food nutrient agents in salt industry,introduced experimental work of applying several nutrients to salt product and obtained some achievements.At last,we emphasized attentive points and rules abided of applying food additives.
