Performance Research on the Friction and Wear of the Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Modification Composite Filled with Nanometer and Nanometer Carbon Black

The PTFE composite filled with nanometer and nanometer carbon black was made using cold pressing forming process,its hardness was investigated,the influence of nanometer and nanometer carbon black on the performance of the friction and wear of the composite was studied under dry friction condition,the worn surface shape and the wear mechanism of the composite were observed and analyzed using scanning electron microscope(SEM).
