Synthesis and Application of Phosphoric Acid Methacryloyloxyethyl Ester

A phosphoric acid methacryloyloxyethyl ester was synthesized by β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and phosphorus pentoxide(P2O5).The effect of the amount of P2O5,reaction temperature and water adding condition on monoester and diester content of PMOE were studied.The PMOE that diester content more than 70% was prepared with reaction conditions such as synthetic PMOE as a dispersant,reaction temperature is 75℃ and n(HEMA)∶n(P2O5) = 2.08∶1.00.The ultraviolet-near-infrared absorption transparent copolymer can be prepared by copolymerization of MMA and Cu(Ⅱ)-PMOE metal complex that prepared with copper acetate and PMOE.
